Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing Celsty. This policy sets out clearly when refunds are available and how to request one.

The trial payment gives you immediate access to your full personalised reading. Because your reading is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, the trial payment is non-refundable once you have accessed your reading.

If your reading was not generated due to a technical error, email us at hello@celsty.com within 7 days and we will issue a full refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@celsty.com. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We will issue a full refund for the most recent monthly charge if all of the following apply:

• You contact us within 7 days of the charge being processed.
• You have not meaningfully used the subscription during that billing period.

To request a refund, email hello@celsty.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

We review requests outside the above criteria on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a significant technical issue, were charged in error, or have a genuine exceptional circumstance, please contact us.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. By accessing your reading immediately after payment, you acknowledge that you have requested and received the service before the cooling-off period has expired, and you consent to waiving your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
