Celsty is operated by MARKETPLACE INNOVATIONS LLC, registered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: hello@celsty.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Celsty. By using Celsty, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Celsty provides astrological readings and palm reading interpretations for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Celsty is not a medical, psychological, financial, or legal advisory service. Nothing in your reading should be treated as professional advice of any kind.

You access Celsty via your email address. You are responsible for keeping your access details secure. Notify us immediately at hello@celsty.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Trial: Celsty offers a one-time trial payment at the price you selected, which gives you full access to your reading and a 7-day trial of Celsty's subscription features.

Subscription: After the 7-day trial period, your subscription automatically renews at $59 USD / ₦34,999 NGN per month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing your subscription price. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@celsty.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

All content on Celsty — including copy, design, the archetype system, reading interpretations, and palm line descriptions — is owned by MARKETPLACE INNOVATIONS LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Celsty's content without our written permission.

Your uploaded palm photograph remains yours. By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within your reading.

You agree not to use Celsty for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access another user's account, reverse-engineer or scrape Celsty's content, or interfere with Celsty's servers or security. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

Celsty is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading or content. Astrology and palmistry are interpretive traditions — Celsty's readings do not make claims of scientific accuracy or predictive certainty.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celsty's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
